My given name is Werner, but you may
call me OGG. For those who might be wondering, OGG is the
airport identifier for the Kahului airport on Maui, Hawaii. Just
to clear up any misunderstandings, Hawaii has been a part of the
United States since 1959.
I'm originally from Germany. I've worked as a chef in many places all over the world including Germany, The United Kingdom, Canada and the United States
I'm retired and I live on Maui with my wife Ilse - who loves to travel and constantly bugs me about it. My grandkids live on Hilo on the Big Island.
